The entire experience with M/I Homes from the moment we stepped into the model has been nothing but extraordinary. The commitment the entire M/I team has displayed to us in regards to our customer service throughout this process has been nothing short of incredible. Out of all the home builders in central Florida we met with, M/I Homes left an ever lasting impression. Not just with their floor plans and quality of work, but with their commitment to keeping promises made and the level of customer service any new home buyer desires.

Overall, M/I homes was incredibly professional, kind, and thoughtful throughout this process. We never felt any pressure, but did feel that we could get every question truthfully answered. On top of that, they delivered a beautiful home in a wonderful community for our growing family. 10/10.

Their employees are knowledge, patient and listen to what their client wants. Nothing is too wild of inquiry and they are quick with responses if your question is outside of the wheelhouse. They treat you like family and stay within your budget.

I was able to close on my M/I home within a month of deciding to purchase it. In that time the team at M/I transformed the home from an in-progress construction site to a finished move-in ready home. I continue to be impressed by the quality of my home.

M/I is very easy to work with. No pressure. They take the mystery and fear out of the building process through their friendly approach and weekly communications.
