M/I Homes makes the ownership of a brand new house a very happy choice when thinking about purchasing a home. M/I Homes allows you to make your home yours by providing many quality choices to choose from. I would recommend looking at building a home when you are finding that all existing homes need lots of improvements to bring it up to the level you would like your new house to be at.

I was able to close on my M/I home within a month of deciding to purchase it. In that time the team at M/I transformed the home from an in-progress construction site to a finished move-in ready home. I continue to be impressed by the quality of my home.

From start to finish, the team here at M/I homes has made our dream of building our own home as easy as it could be. They were always there, just a call or email away with the knowledge and answers to any questions or concerns we had.

M/I is very easy to work with. No pressure. They take the mystery and fear out of the building process through their friendly approach and weekly communications.

M/I Homes has been an amazing partner in our new home purchase! From getting updates on their Journey app to receiving weekly update videos from their team, we are always aware of how our home is coming along.

Their employees are knowledge, patient and listen to what their client wants. Nothing is too wild of inquiry and they are quick with responses if your question is outside of the wheelhouse. They treat you like family and stay within your budget.

Our experience was incredibly smooth. We always felt in the know about what was going on. There were never any surprises. Everyone worked to make us feel truly special in building a “forever home” for our family.

The moment we first saw our future home my husband and I both knew we had to have it. The entire process with M/I Homes was smooth from start to finish. While we didn't pick our own design options we were very pleased with all of the finishes in our home. We were particularly pleased with the New Home Orientation process and the final touches being completely in a timely manner. We were able to close on our home feeling confident in the investment we were making.

Not everyone gets the opportunity to build a new home. So, when you do, you want the experience to be a positive one full of happy memories and exciting times. I am so glad that we chose to build with M/I Homes because our gorgeous new home is everything that I dreamed it would be, and it was built fast, at a price we could afford and with no negative experiences to throw a dark cloud over the memory of this time. I'll always look back at this experience with a smile on my face and recommend M/I Homes to anyone who asks.

M/I Homes offers a myriad of standard features and the floorplans are spacious and current. Everyone loves our one story Brenham floorplan.

We wanted to thank Mary and her incredible team at M/I Homes for helping us purchase our first home!
