Not everyone gets the opportunity to build a new home. So, when you do, you want the experience to be a positive one full of happy memories and exciting times. I am so glad that we chose to build with M/I Homes because our gorgeous new home is everything that I dreamed it would be, and it was built fast, at a price we could afford and with no negative experiences to throw a dark cloud over the memory of this time. I'll always look back at this experience with a smile on my face and recommend M/I Homes to anyone who asks.

As experienced home buyers, we realize that not all homes are created equal. We were looking for quality construction, a comfortable floorplan, and plenty of storage. We found all those things in our M/I Home and we could not be happier!

Purchasing with M/I is like working with family. The entire team is friendly, supportive, and customer oriented. The entire process was no-hassle and stress-free, and all of the team gave us peace of mind that our concerns matter and were being addressed. Compared to other home builders in the area, you’re treated as part of the family as opposed to just being a buyer.

Jessica was so supportive in making sure I got the home I really wanted. Keep being this good to your customers, and you will always be around. Building our home while living in California was very stress free and easy! Our New Home Consultant and Construction Manager were an excellent team. They worked great together to make sure we were 100% happy with our home and the process, and have assured us they would be helping us with anything even after closing!
