My experience with M/I Homes was very good. Everyone was approachable and easy to work with.

It was a wonderful experience. Matthew and Jonothan were both excellent to work with, really friendly to deal with. They both made sure the experience of owning a new home went really well.

We had great experience with the M/I staff. One of the best was our Construction Manager. He is very kind and helpful, if anything needed fixed, he did it right away. He always put the customer first. Thanks for making our home beautiful!

Mathew [New Home Consultant] established our relationship, gave us our tours and made it easy to fall in love with the home but more importantly made it feel like M/I wanted us as a neighbor not just a customer. As helpful as he was, Jonathan, our construction manager, is truly the person that put the icing on the cake. He was able to address any concern or issue we had in a timely manner. I even saw this guy get a ladder and tools from his truck and fix something on the spot so we didn't have to wait to have someone come out. I feel that he treated our home as if it was his own.

The house was built rather quick but it was well done. It was a smooth process, from beginning to end. Tim [New Home Consultant] and Justin [Construction Manager] were helpful and they did a good job explaining the process. They worked really well together.

The quality of the homes for the price and the proximity to Dallas you can not beat. [New Home Consultant] was awesome I appreciated his honesty and how laid back he was. He didn't pressure us at all. Loved working with [Construction Manager], he was great and followed up on all of our concerns.
