Choose the full porch on the traditional elevation, or select the farmhouse elevation, with full front porch and board and batten siding, or the craftsman elevation, with tapered decorative columns, and shake and stone accents.

Enter into the foyer from the covered front porch. Notice the flex room which can be used as a formal dining area, children’s play area or select the study with double doors for a private home office. As you wander to the back of the home, to the side, you will find the powder room and guest coat closet.

The family room, breakfast area, and kitchen flow into one another creating the perfect space for entertaining or spending time with family. Notice the natural light streaming into the space from the rear windows and sliding glass door. The kitchen offers a large walk-in pantry for all of your cooking needs and larger counter top appliances. Select the optional kitchen island for additional cabinet and counter space.

Off the garage entry, you will find a family coat closet and mud room tucked away from view. Select the optional cubbies for backpacks, brief cases or as a place to store athletic equipment. The 2-car garage is located just off the mud room for added convenience. Choose from either the garage extension or the 3-car garage for additional storage space.
