​Welcome home to the Fremont: a 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home from M/I Homes. Choose from several various options that will allow you to make this versatile plan fit your family’s personal needs. The standard exterior of the home comes with a traditional elevation, covered front porch, and 2-car garage, however, you can choose from two additional optional exterior elevations: the farmhouse elevation with a covered front porch and batten board siding, or the craftsman elevation with a full front porch, and stone and shake shingle accents. There are also options for an expanded 2-car garage or full 3-car garage for an additional vehicle or added storage space.

As you step into the foyer from the covered front porch, you notice a hall that leads to the rear of the home into the living space. There is a small vestibule located off of the side of the foyer that leads to two secondary bedrooms, a full bath, and a linen closet for additional linens and towels. The small hallway adds additional privacy for family or overnight guests. If you have need for a home office, select the study option, which creates an opening into the space further down the foyer hall.

Wander down the foyer hall into the living space and notice the openness as the kitchen and family room flow into one another. The kitchen includes several cabinets and a pantry to house all of your cooking and kitchen supplies. Choose the optional kitchen island for additional cabinets and counter top space. This is perfect to enjoy a quick bite, or for that family on-the-go. Select the morning room to expand the breakfast area, or to create the perfect location to enjoy your backyard view or a cup of morning coffee. This space includes several windows and a sliding glass door to allow natural light to flow into the space.

The family room location, adjacent to the kitchen, creates the perfect entertainment space. The rear wall has several windows that bring in an abundance of natural light. There is a large section of wall space available for an entertainment center and television display. Select the tray ceiling option to add volume to the room.

Off of the family room, and down a small hallway, sits the owner’s bedroom. There are two windows on the rear wall of the space for natural light. Select the bay window for additional windows and to create a private reading area or personal space. Choose the optional tray ceiling for added volume in the room. The owner’s bath is adjacent to the owner’s bath and closet. There is a long vanity with cabinets, a spacious shower and a linen closet for additional bedding and towels. The oversized owner’s walk-in closet provides plenty of space for all of your personal belongings.

The laundry sits just off the entry to the 2-car garage and is tucked away from view of your guest. Next to the laundry are the steps that lead to the partial basement. Select the full basement option for added storage or future living space.
