Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or looking to upgrade, Charlotte offers a diverse range of floorplans to suit every lifestyle and preference. From sprawling single-family homes with lush backyards to sleek, modern townhomes just a stone’s throw away from the big city, these floorplans are not just homes—they’re lifestyles.

Join us as we uncover why these designs are the talk of the town and how they can transform your living experience in one of North Carolina’s most dynamic and thriving cities.

Savoy II

The Savoy II is a classic 2-story home with 4–5 bedrooms, 3–4 full bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and up to 3,112 square feet of space. A covered front porch welcomes you into the foyer, where a first-floor guest bedroom makes multi-generational living arrangements a breeze.

The open-concept main living space is ideal for entertaining, with an optional extended back patio offering additional space for outdoor relaxation. A corner kitchen featuring a large center island gives you ample room to prep and serve your favorite meals. The Savoy II does not disappoint when it comes to storage space, featuring a walk-in corner pantry and ample cabinetry.

Upstairs, a loft provides additional space for a variety of uses, whether that’s lounge area or a hobby studio. The remaining space consists of 2 secondary bedrooms, a full bathroom, the second-floor laundry room, and your owner’s suite.

Optional second-floor features include a 5th bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, a tray ceiling in the owner’s bedroom, and a shower/tub combo in the owner’s bathroom.

Blythe

If you’re looking for a little extra room, the Blythe may be for you! With up to 4,069 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car courtyard garage, this 2-story home is ideal for growing families.

A formal dining room just off the foyer welcomes you. This dining space is connected to the kitchen through a butler’s pantry, which makes for easier serving and clean-up. A drop zone near the kitchen holds the walk-in pantry and a powder room and leads to one of the 2 garages. A first-floor bedroom completes the first floor.

The remaining bedrooms, bathrooms, and the laundry room can be found upstairs situated around the loft. For those who need a little extra space for entertaining, opt for the bonus room, which can be personalized into a home theater.

Bristol

The 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Bristol plan is another beloved floorplan. With over 3,100 square feet of space, a 2-car garage, and a loft, this plan can easily accommodate a growing family.

This home features a formal dining room, a guest suite, and a full bathroom just off the foyer, followed by the open-concept main living space. The owner’s entrance and laundry room can be found around the staircase.

One of the biggest advantages of the Bristol is the first-floor owner’s suite, which privately sits just off the family room and overlooks the backyard. Pro tip: opt for the dropped tray ceiling and the shower/tub combo in your owner’s suite to add a little extra style and convenience.

Upstairs, 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom are situated around the loft. A full bathroom can even be added to one of the secondary bedrooms upstairs, making it an ideal guest suite.

Blair

With up to 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 3,889 square feet, the Blair floorplan has all the bells and whistles. The first floor comes standard with either a formal dining room or a study off the foyer, followed by a convenient powder room.

The main living space features an abundance of natural light thanks to several windows throughout. A first-floor guest suite and walk-in pantry sits just off the kitchen, while the optional extended patio outside gives you ample outdoor living space.

When the night starts to die down, take friends and family upstairs to watch a movie or enjoy some karaoke in the loft!

3 secondary bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the laundry room, and your owner’s retreat complete the second floor. The en-suite owner’s bath comes with a shower/tub combo, a private water closet, a dual-sink vanity, and a massive walk-in closet.

Catawba

By far our most popular townhome floorplan, the Catawba is unlike any other townhome. This floorplan includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.

The first floor is simple yet spacious, featuring a side entrance that leads you right into the main living area. Your kitchen features L-shaped wraparound countertops to go along with the oversized island. A dining area flows seamlessly into the family room, where you can access the back patio to enjoy the beautiful North Carolina weather.

What sets the Catawba apart is the loft upstairs, which creates a buffer between your owner’s suite and the 2 secondary bedrooms and laundry room. The added volume from the optional tray ceiling in the owner’s suite makes for a truly luxurious experience.

The Charlotte area offers an impressive array of floorplans that cater to a variety of tastes and lifestyles. Whether you prefer the charm of a traditional single-family home or the sleek design of a contemporary townhome, there’s a perfect fit waiting for you.

These popular floorplans not only provide comfort and style but also enhance your living experience in one of North Carolina’s most vibrant cities.
