2025 BIA Parade of Homes

For more than 70 years, the Parade of Homes has showcased homebuilding excellence to celebrate craftsmanship, innovation, and the dream of homeownership throughout Central Ohio. We are proud to feature two of our beautifully decorated model homes in this year's Parade of Homes tour, presented by the BIA of Central Ohio.

The parade begins Thursday, September 18^th and ends Sunday, September 28^th. Stop by any day on Thursdays–Sundays between 12:00–6:00 p.m. to tour our models along the way:
