**The interest rate of 5.25% is based on a 30-year fixed rate conventional loan with a 20% down payment. The sales price is $500,000 with a loan amount of $400,000. The ANNUAL PRECENTAGE RATE is 5.3201%. A minimum credit score of 720 is required. Program is available on select homes only and applies to new contracts written on or after March 27th, 2026.
