    This is the second Showcase home we've owned. We owned a spec in Harrison Pond, but didn't go through the building process on that house. I was honestly terrified about going through the process because I had heard horror stories, but honestly, the process went very smoothly and I can credit that to Dave Anderson. If you don't have a good building supervisor, then it could be a nightmare. He was the reason the process went so smoothly and I heard from multiple neighbors that they feel the same way. So, kudos to him for caring so much and doing such a great job and I hope he is recognized and rewarded for being such a good employee and doing such a great job. He deserves it. But as far as why we even decided to build with MI is because we lived in our Showcase home for 15 years and it was a great house; well built and didn't have any problems, etc. I loved that house a lot; miss it still! So, that is why we felt good building another Showcase home. And living in Columbus for many years, we know the Schottenstein name and the integrity behind the name and all of their companies.
