M/I's Smart Series collection made everything incredibly simple. Significantly fewer decisions to make but it's like the Costco of home building—smaller selection but since they can get bulk pricing from their suppliers, they pass the savings on to buyers in the home price. Made the home build/buy process much simpler!

M/I Homes is one of the best for getting a new home. I will recommend them to any friends and family.
